Ms. Gbormittah has a B.Sc. Physics degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), an M.Phil Radiation Protection degree and an M.A Mass Communication Studies degree from the University of Ghana. Her areas of interest are occupational radiation protection, nuclear security and nuclear communications.

She works at the Nuclear Regulatory Authority, Ghana and has a strong interest in communicating the benefits and risks of the peaceful applications of nuclear science, technology and applications from a nuclear regulator’s perspective. She is a member of the Health Physics Society (HPS), Ghana Nuclear Society (GSN), Ghana Association for Radiation Protection (GARP), Women in Nuclear (WiN Ghana), Institute of Public Relations (IPR), Ghana and the Women in PR (WiPR), Ghana. She is currently working towards a fulfilling career in nuclear communications.
